Re-pricing of the EUR term loans

CeramTec (the “Company”) is pleased to inform that the Company has successfully re-priced the €291 million EUR-term loans from E + 3.25% margin to E + 3.00% margin. In addition, the 1.00% Euribor floor on the EUR term loans changed to 0.75%.

CeramTec is very thankful to the credit agreement lenders for their 100% consent and support.
